My Journey

Born and raised in Greece. 

After my first studies in Marketing and working already a few years, I found myself unsatisfied but having no clue what would be really interesting. My passion for bodywork was triggered by joining a Reiki I workshop after my mother's strong suggestion. Things started making sense!

I aim through my work and paradigm to be a safe(r) harbour for individuals who seek support on their our journey into navigating the human condition in all its aspects and for me there is no division between body, mind, spirit. All is one and all is welcome. The body is an underestimated gateway to all of our layers and a true goldmine for those who seek liberation and the reclaiming of their power and vitality.
